What is Symphony™?
To put it simply, it is a data analytic software product. With 24/7 remote-access for building owners and facility managers, Symphony™ water treatment software uses real-time water data analytics to perform predictive controls to enhance the water management applications. Symphony aggregates key performance indicators into a single benchmark: the Nexus Number.
What is the Nexus Number?
The Nexus Number is a summary valuation of your cooling system health based on energy and water efficiencies by taking into account key performance indicators including biological growth, corrosion rate, water characteristics, water efficiency, heat exchange efficiency, and atmospheric conditions. What is the purpose of this software?
Symphony™ is a risk mitigation tool for water system related operating expenses, capital expenses and occupant life safety. Symphony™ water treatment software can also be used to minimize water, energy, and chemical use in industrial and commercial cooling systems. It contributes to regulatory compliance, i.e. it supports ASHRAE 188, Title 24 regulation (California) or Local Law 77 (New York).
Who is this product intended for?
This product is a tool meant to advise building operators and owners on a 24/7 basis, support water treaters, and to inform reliability engineers and risk management officers.
What kind of water treatment program does this work with?
Any and all!
Symphony™ is not dependent on any technology used in your water treatment program. Plus, our system works seamlessly with any brand of chemicals and any brand of electronic or physical treatment.
What types of alarms are included and how are they communicated?
Symphony™ produces real-time warning alarms immediately upon detection of a sub-optimal system performance and delivers them via email. It also generates an audit trail of all user data activities, edits or deletions.
How do I log-on remotely?
Once you have subscribed, you can access through any desktop, mobile or handheld device at nexusnumber.com. We recommend Google Chrome for the best experience.
Do you have enterprise editions to this product?
Yes. We have Enterprise level accounts that allow for a single user to view a dashboard of several sites in an executive summary view.
I already have a water treater. Why do I need this product?
Unlike a monthly or quarterly appointment with your water treater, Symphony™ water treatment software serves as a 24/7 monitoring system with real-time alerts and alarms that populate should any water quality or efficiency characteristics exceed pre-set thresholds.
Symphony™ will help your water treater to make better decisions - and to make sure your system gets the best results - cleanliness and efficiency. You can’t manage what you don’t measure, therefore this product allows the water treater to better manage the system as they will now be able to base their treatment off of real-time measurement data.
Who owns the data?
You do, the building owner and operator. Aquanomix utilizes this real-time water data to create your Nexus Number. An audit trail of all data is generated.
