Robert O’Donnell, CEO is the Founding Partner of Aquanomix and has over 20 years of experience in the water management industry. Prior to launching Aquanomix, he was a managing partner for a water management consulting firm based in the southeast. This experience led the way to a more targeted approach to water conservation and reuse in commercial and industrial facilities. Rob has experience with diverse client sectors including biotechnology, aircraft manufacturing, banking, health care, and data centers industries among others. His work includes water reclamation technologies, active stormwater management, and groundwater remediation and reuse.

Rob sits on the ASPE Main Technical Standards Committee, the ICC/CSA North American Standard for Rainwater Collection, is part of the US Technical Advisory Group to ISO TC-282, as well as holds the role of National Liaison between USGBC and Association of Water Technologies.


Elias Mullane, PE, is a managing partner of Aquanomix, LLC and brings over 20 years of nationwide construction management experience to the team. During his career with large and medium-sized general contractors, he was responsible for ensuring the overall performance and success of his project teams. Elias supervised and managed projects, established supplier relations, managed project schedules and performed preconstruction services to achieve cost objectives.

He was ultimately responsible for client retention, company profitability, and overall portfolio success. As project executive for a fast-growing Southeastern construction management company, his client base was exclusive to repeat customers within the international industrial sector. Elias brings an operational skill set to Aquanomix, making the company uniquely situated to deliver solutions for new construction and aftermarket projects.

Elias is a Professional Engineer licensed in North Carolina and has earned certification as a LEED AP BD+C professional. He is an active member of USGBC, ASME, and AWT. He earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from NC State University.


 
 

Jennifer Caldwell is the Chief Marketing Officer at Aquanomix, with over 25 years of marketing and communications experience. She spent several years in television and media production where she won five Telly Awards and was referenced in a book by the Brookings Institution. 

Jennifer is a seasoned professional in B2B marketing globally focusing on brand awareness and business development of innovative technology. She is a professional certified Legionella Water Safety & Management Specialist, ASSE 10280. Jennifer received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Pennsylvania State University and a mini-MBA in Digital Marketing from Rutgers University.

 

 

Gregory Peter is the Director of Analytics for Aquanomix and is a data enthusiast who loves innovations related to smart water management. Greg has over 15 years of experience in analyzing complex data sets, identifying, and communicating key insights and challenges, root causes and problem solving. He received his Bachelor of Science from Saint Louis University where he studied Biology and recently completed a Masters in Analytics from Georgia Tech.

He will leverage his analytical abilities to drive Symphony Software development, an innovative technology that marries the water treatment outcomes with the building automation system outcomes and displays them in a simple yet sophisticated way.
